Around the World in 80 Days at Meadow Brook

Meadow Brook Theatre’s production of Around the World in 80 Days is going great guns. The production has received 4 rave reviews. The latest is from the Oakland Press –

Truth be told, I thought the Oakland Press was the name of a wrestling move named after Oakland Moon, King of the Grappling Hold.

This production is the Michigan premiere and I’m happy to finally have a show in The Great Lake State. And I love the Michigan State Motto – Si Quæris Peninsulam Amœnam Circumspice – which I think has something to do with an amoeba and circumcision.

Anyway, what I’m saying is please please please, Meadow Brook, don’t wait so long for another Michigan premiere of one of my plays. You know, I have this play called Tom Jones…
