Okay Alabama Shakespeare Festival, I forgive you for using a balloon in your poster. This commercial for your upcoming production is fantastic. The casting for Fogg and Fix are spot on (In my perfect world, Fogg is played by either Ralph Fiennes or Alan Rickman and Fix is played by Stephen Fry. A boy can dream.) and the costumes are gorgeous. If the rest of the show looks like this, it’s going to be a fantastic production.

I rarely see productions of 80 Days anymore but this is one I’d love to see. Maybe ASF will fly me out to do a symposium.*
