Oh, and I saw this meme the other day and it totally hit home with me. It said, “Things people do not choose: sexual orientation, gender identity, appearance, disability, mental illness, race. Things people DO choose: to be an asshole to people over things they cannot control.”
I also highly recommend Hyperbole and a Half, as far as comics about depression, etc are concerned. She’s super funny. I love her stuff.
